FISHING CONTEST

There were two different age groups for the fishing contest; children 3 to 11 and youth 12 to 18.

Mountain Man Chili

1 pound stew meat

1 onion

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 jalapeno

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheese

3 can's of  Nalley's chili

Lousiana hot sauce

Tobasco hot sauce

Cut meat into smaller pieces and brown in Dutch Oven

cut onion, peppers and jalapeno and add to meat, saute until vegetables are soft. add chili and bring to a boil, add sour cream and cheese. add Louisiana and Tabasco to taste.
